VBA image lookup

I have a table with over 1000 items, and growing, and i want to search for images that are part of the list. I've looked into the VLOOKUP method and while it works, I don't want to be limited by a data validated list. I would like to use user input for the search feature.

I am a novice with VBA and could use some guidance on how to set that up.
