VBA HTML Maker, not trusted

I loaded the add-in Ask Mr. Excel - VBA HTML Maker but I don't get the tool bars and such and when I open a blank copy of Excel I get a popup telling me Access to VB Project not trusted. Any ideas how to fix? thanks

Excellent -- and thanks for giving us both ways -- I should have stated I have Excel 2007.
