Under certain decisions, I want to access "Sheet1" from the Userform and allow the user to enter data into it. Then read the data in and continue on.
I have a button on Sheet 1 which will allow the user to start up again.

Repeat Last Command
Pressing F4 adds dollar signs when editing a formula. When not editing, F4 repeats last command.
Welcome to the forum.

Your question is very vague and you don't show us any of your code.

You can move data from a userform to a worksheet:-
Code:
ThisWorkbook.Sheets(1).Range("A1")=UserForm1.TextBox1.Value
and vice versa:-
Code:
UserForm1.TextBox1=ThisWorkbook.Sheets(1).Range("A1").Value

What data you move and where you move them to is another question!
