Round to nearest half hour?
Use =MROUND(A2,"0:30") to round to nearest half hour. Use =CEILING(A2,"0:30") to round to next half hour.
Hi & welcome to MrExcel.
How about
Code:
Sub CongoJr()
   Dim Rng As Range
   For Each Rng In Selection.Areas
      Rng.Resize(2).Filldown
   Next Rng
End Sub

Thanks Fluff!!!
I can make that work.
Sorry, but i have no idea what i am doing with the code, but is there a way to paste down just the values?
My border formatting is getting messed up a bit. If not, no big deal I am so glad it is working!
Thanks Again

For values only try
Code:
Sub CongoJr()
   Dim Rng As Range
   For Each Rng In Selection.Areas
      Rng.Offset(1).Value = Rng.Value
   Next Rng
End Sub
