I think it is Harvey balls that have been exported in my excel report from the software system, however when I click on the cell a harvey ball is in, there is no formula it has been exported as an image. How can I change this all?

I appreciate it’s difficult to explain and I assume they are Harvey balls as that’s all I can find that would be similar online to describe.

I’d like to replace each of the images seen in the picture below to literally anything. Ideally the contains, solid ball would be an X and then the rest can be deleted or removed.

Show numbers in thousands?
Use a custom number format of #,##0,K. Each comma after the final 0 will divide the displayed number by another thousand
There is a conditional formatting option that uses these icons (except for the star), although you said you want to replace this with something else.

There is no "find and replace" for images in Excel. You will probably have to do this manually.

The image you showed look like a key. Do this icons appear elsewhere in your file with data?
