Hi,

I have a spreadsheet which is downloaded in the following format:

view.php

(if this doesn't work go to http://tinypic.com/view.php?pic=v8jle&s=6)

I need whatever is in the grey merged cell to be copied into column A in all cells above it (see pic for explanation), then delete the merged cell.

Any ideas?

Open to VBA or formula's to do the job!

Many Thanks

Excel Facts

Which came first: VisiCalc or Lotus 1-2-3?
Dan Bricklin and Bob Frankston debuted VisiCalc in 1979 as a Visible Calculator. Lotus 1-2-3 debuted in the early 1980's, from Mitch Kapor.
Merged Cells + VBA = Bad juju. Can you format the sheet without Merged Cells.

How are you coloring the cells? Format or Conditional Format?

Do you want to Delete the entire row the grey cell is in?
