VBA Forms Error

Hey there,

Win10, Office 2016, latest updates on both.

I can no longer work with forms in VBA. Doing so causes an error, "Component not correctly registered." Microsoft Forms doesn't show as an option in my reference library. I've traced this to a .dll file called fm20.dll. I do have that file on my machine, however browsing to it and adding it to references does not resolve the error.

I've done 4 hours of research without finding a solution. Multiple quick and full repairs to Office. Deleted .exd files per various forums, and a .box file as well. Nothing has resolved the issues.

Any thoughts? Thanks!
