Apologies, as I have no idea how to write in VBA.

I would like to assign a macro to a check box, that when clicked, an input box comes up, I need it to gather : the date, the customer, the assembly number, and a comment. I would then like this information to be stored on the spreadsheet. I need this to be very user-friendly, so I would like for 'customer' and 'assembly number' to be drop down boxes where the person can choose the right one. Not sure if this is even possible, but any help would be much appreciated!

Excel Facts

Move date out one month or year
Use =EDATE(A2,1) for one month later. Use EDATE(A2,12) for one year later.
