Hi guys,

I'm really hoping someone can help me.
I'm wanting a schedule that will hold up to 30 appointments per time slot per day. I have created a calendar that you select the day on, then select the time and fill in the appointments as necessary (please see screen shot).
I've managed to get it to show the date selected and the time selected on top of the "appointment section",
What I am hoping to create (If possible) is for it to save the appointments into a hidden data sheet for each day/time slot but still show the summary of appointments when you select each day and time slot.
I want the "appointment sheet" (the sheet used for booking the appointments to be as user friendly as possible.

I really hope this makes sense,
Any help is greatly appreciated.
