Can't seem to find something that works for my specific need. Can anyone help? Please let me know if I haven't included enough information.

Is '?' a column header, or do you mean something else?

Also, which column should the datestamp go in?

Column "?" Is any column.

Example:

If B1=100 then F1 is date-stamped to show completion date as a static date
If B1=0-99 then F1 is blank
If B1 is blank then F1 is also blank
