VBA for conditional format icon styles

I would like to code some conditional formatting with the icon style 3 symbols (circled) with the following logic

Where ($I$2+$Q$4+$Q$6)>= 3,000,000 then green tick >=-0.25, Orange exclamation for < -0.25 and >= -0.3, Red cross < -0.3
Where ($I$2+$Q$4+$Q$6)>= 2,500,000 and <3,000,000 then green tick >=-0.20, Orange exclamation <-0.20 and >= -0.25, Red Cross <-0.25
Where ($I$2+$Q$4+$Q$6)>=2,000,000 and <2,500,000 then green tick >=-0.15, Orange exclamation <-0.15 and >= -0.20, Red Cross <-0.20
Where ($I$2+$Q$4+$Q$6)>=1,500,000 and <2,000,000 then green tick >=-0.10, Orange exclamation <-0.10 and >= -0.15, Red Cross <-0.15
Where ($I$2+$Q$4+$Q$6)>=1,000,000 and <1,500,000 then green tick >=-0.05, Orange exclamation <-0.05 and >= -0.15, Red Cross <-0.15
Where ($I$2+$Q$4+$Q$6)>=500000 and <1,000,000 then green tick >=0, Orange exclamation <0 and >= -0.10, Red Cross <-0.10
Where ($I$2+$Q$4+$Q$6)<500000 green tick >=0, Orange exclamation <0 and >= -0.05, Red Cross <-0.05

I tried doing it using the conditional format tool but couldn't get the logic I require so think it is best done in VBA.
