VBA for coloring duplicates base on other column

Hello.

I am trying to determine whether or not column A is conditional formatted using <acronym title="visual basic for applications">VBA</acronym>, and
if there is, cell on column E on same row would be selected and check if any duplicates between these selected cells,
if any, highlight.

eg, checked conditional formatting on A and base on A1:A5, check E1:E5,
find E1 and E3 is duplicated, give color
