Hello,

Could I find a way to automate the process of ageing statement for monthly rental income of a property? Knowing that I can extract the data from the ERP system in Excel format, but the sub numbers are not equal to the sum, and I want macros to assign the right numbers in columns so they total same as the provided correct sum

Best way to learn Power Query?
Read M is for (Data) Monkey book by Ken Puls and Miguel Escobar. It is the complete guide to Power Query.
Welcome to the Board!

Something like this is heavily dependent upon your data structure.
Can you show us an example of your data and your expected result?

MrExcel has a tool called “XL2BB” that lets you post samples of your data that will allow us to copy/paste it to our Excel spreadsheets, so we can work with the same copy of data that you are. Instructions on using this tool can be found here: XL2BB Add-in

Note that there is also a "Test Here” forum on this board. This is a place where you can test using this tool (or any other posting techniques that you want to test) before trying to use those tools in your actual posts.
