What is the VBA equivalent of using "Ctrl + F3" to call the NameManager.
Recording a macro to do it didn’t give me any help.

Excel Facts

Shade all formula cells
To shade all formula cells: Home, Find & Select, Formulas to select all formulas. Then apply a light fill color.

VBA Code:
Application.Dialogs(xlDialogNameManager).Show

Thanks for the response.
Link you gave was exactly where I found the solution.
I was bit to hasty in posting my query before properly hunted down what was already online.
