VBA delete entire row if column C is blank help

I have never used VBA so please be kind. I am trying to delete the entire row if a particular column (in this case C) is blank. I am not getting any errors, it just is not doing anything. Help! Here is what I have:

Last = Cells(Rows.Count, "C").End(xlUp).Row
For i = Last To 1 Step -1
If (Cells(i, "C").Value) = IsEmpty(Cells(I, “C”)) Then
'Cells(i, "C").EntireRow.ClearContents ' USE THIS TO CLEAR CONTENTS BUT NOT DELETE ROW
Cells(i, "C").EntireRow.Delete
End If
Next i
End Sub

Welcome to the Board!

Instead of looping, it's faster to AutoFilter on column C for blanks, then Goto-->Special-->Visible cells only, then delete rows.

All of that is recordable too.
