VBA convert scientific # to double #

Example, -0.000153575754784432

In VBA the number is
-1.115466458087536E-04

How to make it not show scientific number but just -0.000153575754784432

Add Bullets to Range
Select range. Press Ctrl+1. On Number tab, choose Custom. Type Alt+7 then space then @ sign (using 7 on numeric keypad)
By formatting the cell:
