so after abit of googling I found a formula that almost does what I need.
But only this applies to the whole sheet which is not really what I am looking for.
since my knowledge in VBA is very limited atm. Could anyone help me apply the same rule as above but to this range?
And also any explenation to the code is always greatly appreciated
