Vba convert number stored as text to number in a table

so after abit of googling I found a formula that almost does what I need.

But only this applies to the whole sheet which is not really what I am looking for.
since my knowledge in VBA is very limited atm. Could anyone help me apply the same rule as above but to this range?

Range("Tabell1[[Arbetad tid]:[Admin tid]]")

And also any explenation to the code is always greatly appreciated
