VBA Codes with every 5 minutes interval & copy paste data from other work sheet

hi if anyone can help me with VBA Codes myself into stock market

i am having three work-sheets, name of sheets as follows

sheet-a). Sheet1
sheet-b). CALL OPTION
sheet-c). PUT OPTION

need VBA Codes

with every 5 minutes interval or jump need to paste below mentioned data from (B1:B72) of Sheet1

to sheet CALL OPTION cell number "F4" &
to sheet PUT OPTION cell number "F4"


ONLY For Your Knowledge,
Sheet1 column-B numbers from 900 onwards is TIME Indication for my other stock market worksheet calculation

900 means 9:00AM, 905 means 9:05AM, 950 means 9:50AM, 955 means 9:55AM AND SO ON with FIVE MINUTE JUMP

After every FIVE MINUTE myself wants 900, 905, 910 & so on these figures to reflect on sheet CALL OPTION & sheet PUT OPTION cell number "F4" only.
