Hi,
I created a Fishbone diagram in excel (Thanks to the tutorial on youtube). Currently am using a 4:4 matrix i.e 4Ps (People, Process, Procedure & Product) and 4 causes under each of these. Am using absolute cell reference to pick data in the cause boxes. Now, am looking at automation to take it to the next level.
In certain cases, i may have more than 4 causes under one category and less than 4 causes in another. Is there a way to automate so that where i've 2 causes it only shows those 2 boxes (out of 4 which is there by default) and remaining is hidden. Where i've more than 4 causes, it would automatically pick the causes and add boxes under the respective category.
I know it's too much to ask for but any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Kamal.
