ıf cell deleted then cell.offset(0 , next all in range) be delete

That's a little sparse on info, but maybe something along the lines of

cell.Resize(, howevermanycolumns).ClearContents

Cells(1, 1).Offset(1, 1).Resize(lastrow, 1).clearcontents

lastxxxx should be known
