VBA Code to update

Anyone have any site examples of a code that can write to an application. For example, I have a MS ACCESS table with information I want to enter into a business application. Are there any examples that can show how to pull from the table & enter in the other app? trying to save time from entereing/updating each one.

Many new applications seem to include an option to export to Excel or a CSV file and perhaps import from the same. "Integratingn Excel and Access" published by O'Reilly (ISBN 0-596-00973-9 $40 US but probably cheaper on Amazon) may also be useful if Excel is a possible portal for data transfer to/from the applciation.
