VBA Code- To Update Data Validation Drop Down to first date

I have a data validation drop down that chooses a range beginning with =Today() and then goes out 7 days.

When tomorrow rolls around the worksheet requires you to go into the data validation drop down and select today's date. As the data validation box does not auto-refresh. Is there any way to use a macro that replaces the first date with =Today() thereby not requiring the user to choose today's date every time.
