VBA Code to Populate Template But Data Received in Multiple Formats

I currently have a template which I can upload onto our database system. This template is filled in with sales data across consistent products. The caveat is that the data that we receive from 3rd parties to put into the DB system can be in many formats e.g. Excel but worded differently, or in different measurement units to the template or the format of the spreadsheet is different e.g. products down a column rather than the row on my template. I need something that can shift itself into the template and then I upload to the DB system.

My question is, and hopefully someone is able to answer without me providing any further info, is it possible to have some sort of vba code that will take these different sheets and align itself to my template. I don't plan to put in the vba code myself (which is why I hope I don't need to provide further info) but rather have a contractor do it. This is where I'm starting before I look further.

Many Thanks
