Vba code to open all excel files along with excel name and date modified and data inside the excel

Hi All,



I am trying to create a macro where macro will one by one open all files present in the particular folder and it will copy data present in" c3"
Then macro should copy file name and date modified and copy this all in another excel and then macro should close the files without saving it..
I want to do this for apprx 100 files daily..
Can anyone help me with the VBA code for this I tried many option but it's not working the way I want
