VBA code to create compressex folder and insert files

Hello
I have an excel spreadsheet which in column a2:a:60 have the names of the compressed folders to create. The files names to insert in to the relevant compressed folder are captured in columns B to M of the relevant row. Would anyone able to create the VBA code for this?

Sorry I forgot to mention in cell a1 is the filepath to look for the files and where to create the compressed/zipped files
