VBA Code Spell Number

Hello everyone, I need help regarding spell number when writing a check in peso , new rule here in the Philippines. Withour the symbol "&" instead should be in word "and", sample below.

10,000.00 = Ten Thousand Pesos
10,100.50 = Ten Thousand One Hundred Pesos and 50 Centavos
