VBA code sends email direct from Excel, can a button/link be added with a reply that updates on the excel spreadsheet?

I have a working VBA code that sends an email to 4 managers to inform them that a payment needs approval (based on cell text entry)

Is there a way of adding an 'approved' button/hyperlink within the email, that will then update the spreadsheet so that the others know that the payment has already been authorised?

Links? Where??
If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.
I'm pretty sure you would need some type of service monitor on an inbox to accomplish this.

Google sheets would be able to do it. You would have to construct a Google Apps Script and publish the sheet.
