VBA code opens my pdf file and code loops through the pdf fields but fails to write any data from the excel database worksheet.

I have workbook with two worksheets. One is the Launch page which allows the user to select the pdf to use for the excel cell values to be enter in using a browser button and another browser button to select the save pdf folder. Another button launches the Userform for the data to be entered in and then that data is entered in the database worksheet. Row A1:A21 consist of the column names and row 2 is the first row of data to be entered. my code loops through the pdf form with no problem, but fails to enter the data from the database worksheet. I need some help with this and how to set my code to enter the last row of data to the pdf file, print 2 copies of the pdf form and the store it by name and date submitted. Any help would be appreciated.
