Hello

Can some one assist in vba code what is the meaning of SpecialCells(2, 1)

Rather than ask an ambiguous question about specialcells and posting code (which actually uses different specialcells parameters) that doesn't do what you want, can you try actually explaining what you want the code to do (including ranges, sheet names etc.)

SpecialCells is the VBA code equivalent of pressing the F5 key followed by clicking the "Special..." button on the dialog box that appears. This has nothing to do about finding specific text. I agree with Mark... why don't you tell us exactly what you have and exactly what you want to do with it and then maybe we can help you achieve your goal.
