I want to have a list of values, say 0001, 0002, 0003, and 0004, and have them formatted into the following text string, where the list of values populate only the bold portions of the below text. I want to have all 4 generated so I can copy/paste them into RapidSQL. Any ideas?

select *
from asdbtable
where fieldvalue = '0001'
and date = date

select *
from asdbtable
where fieldvalue = '0002'
and date = date

Excel Facts

Move date out one month or year
Use =EDATE(A2,1) for one month later. Use EDATE(A2,12) for one year later.
somethign like this?
VBA Code:
for fv = 1 to 4
  sqlStr="select * " & chr(10) & _
    "from asdbtable " & chr(10) & _
    "where fieldvalue = '" & Right(4, "0000" & fv ) & "' " & chr(10) & _
    "and date = " & date ' date will need formatted based on the field being queried.
    ' Do something with sqlStr here :)
