Hello,
i am a shift supervisor
i have 16 worker with different skills
every worker has a pre defined day-off like the pic
every one of them work 2 weeks as day-shift and 2 weeks as night-shift and has to change his shift from night to day directly after his day-off
every 2 weeks i have to make a table for shift rotation as the worker who had a 14 days night has to change his shift to day-shift after his day-off, on the other hand i have to choose another worker with the equivalent skill to replace the worker in night-shift
So i want to make a code to make this process automatically to save time and effort.
attached
1- attendance sheet
2- employee day-off
3- employee skills

thanks for help
