VBA CODE for OUTLOOK to manage incoming mail based on time / day

I have a little VBA skill but all in EXCEL, cant get my head around this code for OUTLOOK.


I need to do the following


All emails received are moved to a folder (can use a standard rule for this)


But emails that are outside of Monday-Friday 0800-2000 are forwarded also.


We currently have someone put the rule on each night, they sometimes forget. Any help or a push in the right direction would be great.
