VBA Code for Multiple Website login

Hello

I have a spreadsheet which has the URLs, User Ids and Passwords mentioned in columns A, B and C.
I wish to put a button against each row, which when clicked, takes me to the URL and logs me into the website using the login Id and password.

I searched through various threads but did not get what I exactly required.

Below is how my spreadsheet looks like.

I am comfortable with one code that could login to one website. I will replicate the code for all websites and add buttons.
However, that single code should be able to open the webpage and log me in.

Please help!
