VBA Code for Click on the link in the webpage.

I am creating a vba code for auto login in the web page but after running the code I am not able to click on the link i.e. Login Here.
Even after entering the url containing in the login here button, the home page of the website is opening continuously rather than the link of Login page.
The webpage is e-Filing Home Page, Income Tax Department, Government of India
