VBA Code Errors - Qualifier & Defined Names

Can you explain to me the reasons why these errors are occurring? When my client runs a code I wrote, he gets this error:

When I run the code, here is what I get:

You can see the code I have. The word "name" for the TH101 sheet gets highlighted.

The curious thing is that this code used to run fine for me, now it doesn't, but I did not change anything.

Thanks in advance for any thoughts you may have.
 
The name.xlsx part is wrong - it should be name & ".xlsx" but you really shouldn't use name as a variable since it's a vba command.

Also, if you have used XLM functions in defined names, you can't save the file as a macro free workbook, or they won't work.
