VBA code auto generate email based on cell value

Hi,

I am totally new to VBA but have been trying to piece together code to send an email to specific people based on non-numerical cell value, I have been all over the map, emails sending now they aren’t, but they were sending to everyone, not just the intended recipient, the attachment only was included once…I’m so confused at this point I think I’m going backwards…any help/suggestions/examples would be a huge help.
