Everyone was already helpful about the click colors, but I was wondering if there was a way that I could only apply the click colors to certain cell ranges ("C2:C4"), ("E2:E4") and ("G2:G4"). I feel pretty dumb not knowing some of this, lol. This is what I currently have.

Sub NoFilling()
Selection.Interior.Color = xlNone
End Sub
Private Sub Worksheet_BeforeDoubleClick(ByVal Target As Range, Cancel As Boolean)
Target.Interior.Color = vbGreen
End Sub
Private Sub Worksheet_BeforeRightClick(ByVal Target As Range, Cancel As Boolean)
Target.Interior.Color = vbRed
End Sub
Private Sub Worksheet_SelectionChange(ByVal Target As Range)
Target.Interior.ColorIndex = xlNone
End Sub

Excel Facts

Formula for Yesterday
Name Manager, New Name. Yesterday =TODAY()-1. OK. Then, use =YESTERDAY in any cell. Tomorrow could be =TODAY()+1.
