Hi all,

I am developing a dashboard to convey a heap of information in the most visually appealing way possible and am having trouble with some VBA code. I am trying to write some code which will shift the formatting between a print view (which is mostly black and white) and a normal view (which is in colour) and vice versa. The change will happen depending on what selection is made in a dropdown list. I currently have two macros, each assigned to a different value in a list.

The problem arises when trying to change the text color of the 5 different graphs I have from black to white or vice versa. I have:
  • Bar graph with title, axis and legend
  • Column chart with title, axis and legend
  • Doughnut chart with no title or legend
  • Line chart with axis and legend but no title
  • Pie chart with title and legend

Ideally I would like to change the text colour to black or white for each chart without adding legends and titles to the others. Do I need to and is there a way to define each chart separately?

I use excel 2010 and unfortunately cannot share the dashboard due to sensitive information. I am a novice at VBA hence the asking for help.

Thanks in advance for your help.
