VBA - Centre all cells

Hi all,

Please could someone advise me what code I need in VBA to centre all cells (both horizontally and vertically) on an active worksheet?

Format cells as currency
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+4 to format cells as currency. (Shift 4 is the $ sign).
