Hello Guys,

I have been using Access for some times. Never used VBA.
Any suggestions on nice books for novices in VBA (I mean I have never done any programming at all).

Thank you.

Can you AutoAverage in Excel?
There is a drop-down next to the AutoSum symbol. Open the drop-down to choose AVERAGE, COUNT, MAX, or MIN
I haven't come across any Access VBA resources specifically for beginners but the way I went was to start in Excel and then find some Access resources on the Web and adapt what I had learned.
The Excel resources that I use most are Walkenbach's Excel 2000 Power Programming With VBA (also versions for Excel 95, 2002 and 2003), and the MrExcel VBA book. Check Amazon for Walkenbach's books -- you can get the other one from this site.
For using VBA in Access (once you have VBA basics under your belt), check out Helen Feddema's site and Dev Ashish's The Access Web, which you can jump to from here.
