Normally there is a CD with the bok for code for faster learning. Can you pleaSE SUGGEST WHERE CAN i DOWNLOAD THIS CODE from since there is no CD with the book.

Hi,

I have purchased an indian edition of this book. This book is worth reading. The only thing is you don't get a cd with it for examples data and code with it, and the link tracy is talking about is unfortunately not there. Can somebody help in that please ?
