Mr. Excel, I truly appreciate all the great work you do! I have referenced your website for code many times, because your website is very well done, with excellent questions by people who knowledgeable in VBA

I have come across a new issue that I am working through...
We use Excel to organize the results from SAP in a more meaningful way. We are running Excel 2010 complete with scripting in SAP to pull tables from SAP--> to refresh our spreadsheets

When SAP exports, it generates a separate Instance of Excel, and uses it's own logic to name this new spreadsheet.
Our ability to get access to this new instance of Excel is almost random (sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't).

Is there a better method for extracting the information from this other Instance to load back on our spreadsheet?

When did Power Query debut in Excel?
Although it was an add-in in Excel 2010 & Excel 2013, Power Query became a part of Excel in 2016, in Data, Get & Transform Data.
