Hi All!
Ive made a form for user on the call centre to track their progress, eg calls taken, cash etc...
When agents dont do what they are meant to, eg play games on pc, or sit there doing nothing. I want to be able to able to send everyone with this from open a pop-up message to tell them to crack on with their work.
Is this at all possible?
