vb to check one sheet against another and copy a field from the third.

ok lemme Try and explain this.

sheet1 has a formatted layout. cell colour functions and so forth.
sheet2 has the data table. sorted according to column "A"
sheet3 has a blank formatted "template" for data on sheet1

say for argument sake. sheet1 has 190 "pages" of these formatted layouts. each page consists of a "block" 36 rows down and 11 columns across.
obviousely with merged cells and so forth ......

what i need is a bit of code that will check if a value " name " from sheet2 colum "A" has been used on sheet1 , if not then copy the "Template" from sheet3 TWO rows down from the last "page". so you get a "block" two open rows and then the next "block" ect...... until there is no un used "info" on sheet2.
