VB Export to Notepad with Customer Delimiter

Has anyone done this? I've been googling for a while and haven't found anything apart from messing with your system settings and changing them back afterwards.

I need to export the whole sheet to notepad using # as the delimiter

I can't use , as the sheet contains a lot of text which uses , in it
