VB code to select a workbook

Hi,

I want to copy from one workbook into another, but each time the workbook name will change, has any one got anything that will copy the data (I can do that bit) then ask what workbook (from the ones I have open) do I want to paste it into (ie. select workbook Book1, book2, book3 etc)
