Values between a certain range but with condition.

Hello everybody,

I am new to this forum.

My problem is following.
In column "A" I have country codes
In column "B" I have positive or negative value. Example -24.56 or 23

What I need is a formula that check if column A is "US" and value in column "B" is between -25 and 25 mark it as "Delete", others mark as "Good" in column "C"

My guess is IF AND but cannot make it work.

Help please, talking about data sheet with more than 20000 rows.

ABS(B2)<=25
