Value of trendlines

Hoping someone can help. I am using line graphs and trend lines to understand some performance targets of staff in my call centres. I am able to format a trendline to show the formula of the trendline. However I am looking to state this in a cell, so I can then state Agent A scores X, therefore according to trendline I can expect Y.
