Hi,

I have column E and G both containing decimal values. I need the values in G to change to that of E only if they are 1.5 times bigger than E.
Otherwise they stay as they are. Ifthen maybe?

When you say "only if they are 1.5 times bigger than E." Does that mean exactly =1.5*E or >= 1.5*E ?

Try this
Code:
Sub test()
    Dim oneCell As Range
    With Sheet1.Range("E:E")
        For Each oneCell In Range(.Cells(1, 1), .Cells(Rows.Count, 1).End(xlUp))
            With oneCell
                If IsNumeric(.Value) Then
                    If .Offset(0, 2).Value >= 1.5 * .Value Then
                        .Offset(0, 2).Value = .Value
                    End If
                End If
            End With
        Next oneCell
    End With
End Sub
