Excel Joke
Why can't spreadsheets drive cars? They crash too often!
Ideally if you can post an XL2BB of what you are showing in your picture it will give us the formula, the context and the sample data set (details below).
If you have to resort to a picture we need the picture to include the Column AND Row references and also a text copy of the formula.

You are specifying and area of "0" in F13 which does not exist in your table in row 4. What did you want to happen in that instance ?
The formula you have would typically be done more like this:
Excel Formula:
=IFERROR(VLOOKUP($D14,$D$5:$K$9,MATCH(F$13,$D$4:$K$4,0),FALSE),"Not Found")
Since you don't have a 0 in your table headings its going to return a "Not Found".

XL2BB
MrExcel has a tool called “XL2BB” that lets you post samples of your data that will allow us to copy/paste it to our Excel spreadsheets, so we can work with the same copy of data that you are. Instructions on using this tool can be found here: XL2BB Add-in

Note that there is also a "Test Here” forum on this board. This is a place where you can test using this tool (or any other posting techniques that you want to test) before trying to use those tools in your actual posts.
